Conversation Casanova: How to Effortlessly Start Conversations and Flirt Like a Pro

I would call myself a beginner in this field, but this is not the first book of this kind that I read. However, I'm not a guy that just reads. I was dating a beautiful woman until recently. However, it takes me a lot of time between one woman and another (like years), and I'm socially awkward. I can save myself from total loneliness because I dance pretty well, and that's where I get attention from women (and they hit on me sometimes), but I'd also like to get this under control in order to avoid living in scarcity. The core skill I need now is conversation, because I can already make a certain impression by dancing.This is a really good book, because it gives you precise and actionable information. Even if the author tries to hook you up for some kind of follow-up (a set of free videos in this case), the truth is that the book is already useful as-is, and you can just write down the lessons and tips and go practice immediately. It's not one of those books where the useful stuff is elsewhere behind a paywall. This is legit, and I think everything you need is here.In the past week I've already been practicing the attitude-oriented tips and I noticed the difference. I've engaged in a lot more conversations without hesitation (not only with women), being much more spontaneous. Of course, I'm not talking about greatness, but an improvement. I'm satisfied and excited about the future.Today I read the rest of the book and I feel like pretty much everything I wanted to be covered in such a book is covered, and now I have all I need to get started, and to definitely take off my conversation, and more importantly, connection skills. And not only with women, as many of these things apply to conversations with men. The difference, as I see it, only concerns sexual talk (unless you're interested in men). The rest is the same, and that's great because you can practice all the time, specially storytelling (even with groups).This is great value for a book developing a core skill. I totally recommend it.

David breaks down simple interactions between the opposite sex with better details creating depth as conversationalist. It’s book about charisma and charm which as group of men we may have lost that art. He reminds us that it’s okay to be a Prince Charming but never a slave to our lustful impulses. Definitely a recommended read.

It's a book for beginners. The branding is off trying to target everybody. For that, I wasted my time (thought some nuggets of good info for advanced conversationalists).This is a how-to talk to women book. It’s beginner level.In the pickup community, this book is PG. It’s safe. The author took knowledge from that community, which he probably learned over years through various sources and personal experience, and wrote this book leaving out all the lingo. You’re not going to learn the more effective strategies nor go deeper into the human psyche. Again, it’s for beginners.About 1/3 through the book I started skimming due to surface-level information. A nice book for absolute beginners. There were some nuggets of truth.The best part of the book: Always sit next to her on a date.A solid reminder to all.One item of note that I found useful in my specific case is about tests that women deliver in the form of verbal jabs. Often I get that I must be dating a lot, have a lot of female friends. It’s annoying and untrue and I usually disqualify the girl who says this generic line. However, I could now do as the author recommends and agree and exaggerate: Yup, that’s me, lots of women. Anyways, what do you love about players so much?This isn’t a negative review of Conversation Casanova. It just wasn’t for me as I’m not a beginner. If you’ve read similar books, books on psychology, etc. then you should not buy this book. If you’re just getting started and want something vanilla, this is your book.There was a good reminder for me and all guys who hesitate when going to approach a girl. We hesitate because it’s seen as the more risky option compared to not doing anything. You need to shift your perspective so that it’s actually more risky not to approach her.I thought it was funny how Perrotta teaches the reader how to sexy smile: show very little teeth (or just keep your mouth shut)and smile more with one side of your mouth.I got a nice piece of simple wisdom towards the end of the book: It’s better to hold a little back and be intriguing.Think about your audience. Are you talking to your girlfriend’s mom or best friend’s grandma? Then talk more, don’t try to be cool and secretive. But if you’re on a date, leaving a bit more up to the imagination can be in your favor.

This book was a great useful resource to help men talk to women and become more confident in life. I would recommend this book to any man who is looking to take control of his dating life and live a more fulfilled life with women.

When you see a book with as high a rating as this, something's either really fishy, or the book is just that amazing. Makes you question the legitimacy. Don't get me wrong it's a solid read, but going into it I was expecting something incredible. There's good advice in here packed in a relatively short read, but nothing truly groundbreaking. I.e.- strong eye contact, speak slowly, get them talking about themselves by using the right questions. A bit of fluff and more like an e-book than a full on book. Good stuff to keep in mind and I'm glad I read it because it gives me the confidence to know I'm trying to be astute in my interactions with woman, learning the right approach, and just that small confidence boost should help going forward.
