The product arrived on schedule, was exactly as described, fit the refrigerator door perfectly, and was of excellent quality.

Not happy to buy from this buyer again as to difficult to fit the door gasket.

Amazing! Was sceptical from the other reviews but they clearly hadn’t read the fitting instructions. It took me 15 mins max to fit it by myself (a woman) and by the next day the seal was fitted perfect and working.

Your require assistance of a second person to fit this product to the freezer door, it needs a lot of effort and manipulation to fit the freezer door gasket. Once fitted it takes a while to set in position to be effective. Still a working progress.

To purchase this item was one of my poorest decisions. The packaging put me on alert. The seal was rolled up in a ball & had no fitting instructions. It was virtually impossible to fit (which should have been a simple task). I was so annoyed I binned it & ordered a replacement from Neff which I should have done at the beginning. Not happy & out of pocket. I missed the opportunity to return the item. A lesson learned!! Vincent Roughan

This works really well and has saved me quite a bit of cash compared to the original part. I did need to use a heat gun to bring the rubber seal back into shape, as originally it would not create a seal around the fridge, however, the heat gun worked a treat and brought the seal back into shape.

Great product, excellent customer service and very easy to fit. Installation took a maximum of 10 mins.

Poor service. Communication was good to start with but then came to a holt. Product didn't work effectively. The freezer door wasn't sealed and food started to defrost. Complained but nothing. Only gave it one star as had to give one but would've rather not given one at all.
