Hallelujah something that works!!! I never write reviews on Amazon. For this product it's a must. I'm 46 marathoner runner and has a nutritionist. I workout correctly and eat very clean with 20-26 grams of protein per meal. At this age I wasn't a size 4 and toned any more because of the hormonal weight gain. No joke I've seen 174 doctors over this issue and no help. With my nutritionist I have dropped 14 pounds, but still stuck in the 170's. Hallelujah! This product works and no side effects. With in the 2nd day, my stomach was flat I could see my abs hidden by the fat. 2nd week my face is thinner, my body looks almost back. Energy level is amazing! I'm not tired anymore. No cravings! And no sugar drops. Also I noticed I am full after eating. I'm starting week 3. Can't wait to see more results

To be fair, I’m only on day 3. So I will have to update later. This is the reason for a 4 stars instead of 5. I am impressed because this product really helped me with cravings. I’ve been able to eat good food and avoid junk and lost about 2 pounds. Keep in mind that I am athletic, and very disciplined with workouts and fitness. Nevertheless, I’m a 60 yo woman. I had no side effects from the product. I take it earlier in the day because I’m afraid it could upset my sleep.

So I started taking this for a few days. I started feeling weird with stomach issues and it didn’t cross my mind that it could be related to this since I just started and I had low expectations. I kept thinking what I was feeling seemed familiar, bc it felt like a stomach pain I had before and just in general I felt bad but didn’t think at all it could be this. I was running things in my head trying to figure out a time when I had felt this pain in stomach before. It then dawned on me. I’m having all of the exact side effects I had on Ozempic! This zaps your appetite. Unfortunately I had to stop Ozempic bc of these same side effects that I was now experiencing on this Berberine, which tells me this no doubt is Ozempic in a bottle. It took 3 days for my symptoms to start. I started Off taking two of these so if you are sensitive to Ozempic start slow with this just like the shots. Unfortunately this stomach pain I get is unbearable for me. I think ozempic caused me to get pancreatitis bc I was so ill bc I kept trying to stay on it bc I wanted it to work, until I just got way too ill . I’m am NOT saying anything Bad about this at all! I’m only Mentioning my experience to let everyone know this is legit and works and I am still amazed bc I did not expect this to do much at all!!!! I highly recommend anyone considering Ozempic to start here first!!! Or to try this instead if you can no longer afford ozempic bc the ingredients work. I was on name brand Ozempic, and this caused me to feel the exact same way and kills appetite completely. IT WILL WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AS SENSITIVE TO THE GPL1’s as I am. I think I am just prone to pancreatitis bc I had an Aunt who had chronic pancreatic issues so I’m sure that’s why I can’t use it. This is worth a try before you waist your money on Ozempic. If you tolerate this then you can properly easily switch to Ozempic if this stops working. I really hope to come back here and see someone have amazing results with weight loss!!! Works! Lost 2 inches and gave me energy

Intense! My experience is that even with half the reccomended serving I feel much fuller much more quickly. However, it should be noted that if you over-eat you are going to experience discomfort. I find this particularly beneficial as it has helped me identify what an appropriate portion should be; such that even when I am not on it I can recognize the appropriate size portions and feel empowered to make better choices. I am not sure if this has been the experience of others but I have found it to be very effective. That said I would NOT take this if you plan to go to any AYCE place (lol). I found it I do over ear while on it I will suffer for it, but some times discomfort provides an adequate learning experience. There is no taste to this item and I have yet to notice any significant weight loss, but I appreciate the empowerment of feeling like I am eating less and feeling fuller (as I struggle with hunger pains and this product helps with that issue).

Unfortunately this one didn’t sit well with my stomach. The one I use to get is no longer on the app so I tried this one because it had the same mg. I even ate after and it didn’t help. I gave it a three because it could possibly work for someone else.

I've tried other berberine products and liposomal berberine actually works. My blood sugar is stable so my appetite during the day is consistently under control.
