Great customer service, great quality bike
We received a bike that had a slight defect in the front wheel that made it difficult for me to assemble it. I messaged the seller for specific instructions to find out what I was doing wrong. They offered to replace the whole bike! Thank you for the excellent customer service! The bike is very nice also!

Fantastic
Fantastic bike. My daughter loves it more than any of her previous bikes. It's sturdy, well made, attractive, not too heavy, and a delight to ride. The perfect first bike with gears too.

Bike Tube is Impossible to Replace
Caution. Bought this bike for my Son for Christmas and it is now April. The tube got damaged somehow and I needed to change it. I have done this process a dozen times on other bikes and even wanted to teach my kid. After fully deflated, I went to pulled the tire up and remove the tube. The outer tire is so tightly fitted on there, it was a major pain. Ultimately this was the “easier” part though. After I bought a replacement tube, it was NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLACE THE TUBE. After an hour of trying, we got most of it on, but eventually punctured the tube.Taking it to a bike shop to see if they can salvage. 😣😖😫

Good entry level bike
Having never heard of this brand, I was curious about the construction and finish of this bike. I was pleasantly surprised by how well put together it was, and my personal opinion is that the overall quality is quite good. The drivetrain is lower end Shimano, which is a plus as even their budget drive trains are reliable and easy to shift. The front and rear V brakes provide a good amount of stopping power with very little effort. Overall, I like this bike a lot, but there are a couple things that I’m not so fond of.First is the weight. The frame and entry level components all contribute to a very heavy bicycle for its size. Most kids probably won’t care or even notice, but I've been riding my whole life so bike weight is one of those things I always pay attention to.The other issue is the price. in my opinion, this is a value quality bicycle, so I'm not expecting perfect welds or top quality components, but I can easily find comparable features on bikes costing somewhat less, even in a retail department stores.Otherwise I think this is a perfectly good and serviceable kids' bike that with the proper care should last for years. I just thing it would be a better value if it was a bit less expensive.

Big boy bike
Nine year old LOVES this bike. It was pretty easy to assemble for two adults who have a basic understanding of how bikes work. He did get a flat tire on his first ride, and the nut was TIGHT on the rear wheel. But once we got the right tools it was pretty easy to change.

Cute colors but uncomfortable design
Cute colors, bike functions well. My 9 y/o wasn’t comfortable riding it though because the handlebars are very low.
