He's so cute!
Danny Devito's Penguin has always been my number one villain in DC. He was so creepy and amazing. The detail is so perfect. It's made really well. The package is fun and bright. Creepy but cute. It was shipped in it's factory box in a box, so there was no damage. I can't see major flaws in the paint or mold. Definitely a must buy.
