The Missing Link for Keto Athletes (or maybe most athletes!)
First; UCan has changed my life. Big statement but I now can put 100% of myself on the line race day or any other day. I am 22 years into low carb and 5 years on keto. I have cycled across the U.S. solo 3 times and my best was 17 days unsupported. I was the highest ranked road rider in my state for a decade and have done 462 miles in a day. I am attempting a return to competition as a Keto athlete but I kept bonking on high intensity training days. What we know about keto is that it is great for steady state endurance but even marathoners have to kick it into high gear for tactical reasons on occasion. After studying myself blind and toying with various race day carb strategies I found UCan and I have checked the research. Most bad reviews were for taste of the bars and powder, dissolveability of the powder, and gastric distress. I have none of these problems. I add a scoop to my bulletproof coffee and put it in a big-cup electric blender (shaker cups will not dissolve powder).Tastes great but it is hard to F up bullettproof. I have completed 2 cans and two boxes of coffee flavored bars and I have not had a single second out of the Zone!!! It seems too good to be true!! I do not write many reviews but some things need be shared. There is a lot I would do for this kind of performance so when I read in reviews that the taste is bad I am reminded that some people put the poop of great athletes up their rear ends to increase performance. With that in mind, I think the coffee flavored bar is palatable but you will need water or you might choke to death. What I have done so far; I am OK without bars or powder (just bulletproof) on 3 hour fat-burner, steady aerobic rides or 2 hour or less with a few hard hill climbs or sprints. True training rides and races, even short ones ,for me, require UCan. One scoop will last me right at 2 hours with BP coffee only and after that I will need a bar every hour and thirty minutes. One bar half hour before a ride and one every hour and thirty minutes also works great. I am sure these will work miracles for many athletes even high-carb dieters. I hope it works for you.

Can do long runs without feeling awful afterwards - so great!
Previously any effort longer than an hour or so left me feeling nauseous and generally bad. Found this based on some ultrarunning youtube influencer (can't remember which). Filled up two 16oz bottles with water and a packet of this each and used that as my water source on the trail (running). Energy levels were great, stomach felt fine (always a bit touchy for me). Mixed in some gels and other snacks (4+hr run) but felt pretty good all things considered. Body was in pain but I think I have the nutrition down. This has carbs, electrolytes and water so it's pretty simple, has most everything you need all in one. Tastes like orange sorbet? it's ok - probably wouldn't eat it just daily - but it's fine on the run.

Magical for my morning run and for the rest of the day
I love to run but hated to run in the morning due to a miserable bonk I'd get 3-4 miles in. I've tried a bunch of different fueling options and this is the first that worked ... not just worked, but worked perfectly. I mix it the night before so it's creamy in the morning and start sipping as soon as I wake up. I use about 50% more than recommended because I also wake up very hungry and need a little more fuel (my big meal is lunch). Not only do I get a bonk-free run, but I have stable blood sugar the rest of the day. I'm prone to low blood sugar, but this seems to calm everything down. It's much easier to stick to my nutrition plan. It's really nice to stay in balance all day long.

Powerful pre-workout without the chemicals and caffeine
I love this stuff!! I originally bought UCAN frin a Lifetime Fitness gym after a personal friend told me how great it was. Interestingly, UCAN SuperStarch is only around $52 at Lifetime (a gym infamous for being absurdly overpriced), whereas it's $10 more expensive here on amazon, for $62. I'm not really sure why that is, particularly because Amazon in general is cheaper than retail prices.I've used UCAN Superstarch for about 6 months now, and take it about 15-30 minutes before my workouts. I have a fast metabolism and it affects me very quickly. It sometimes upsets my stomach just a little bit, but I also have an incredibly sensitive stomach and do ab workouts that may irritate it, so that may just be me. This upset stomach usually passes after about 15 minutes and I just power through it by working out.I used to use pre-workout supplements such as jacked, NO XPLODE, and other extremely caffeinated products because I thought I needed the caffeine, but after finding UCAN I realized that actually all I needed was a little sugar!! This stuff gives me so much energy, but not in some overpowering and artificial sort of way, as you might feel after drinking a cup of strong coffee. UCAN doesn't give you a high so much as a very natural and gradual boost of energy, making it much easier to do more reps of any particular workout.I do a lot of yoga and also lift at the gym, and UCAN helps for both activities. My yoga can last up to an hour and a half, and so this product really helps me make it all the way through to the end in such a way that I can hold a great form all the way through (versus simply trying to remain in some semblance of the pose due to becoming exhausted near the end).I can usually feel the increased energy level for around 2-3 hours, and I've never taken more than 1 scoop at a time.

It's a fine product, but not perfect. Does NOT have their electrolyte mix, and doesn't dissolve well
It's a fine product, but not perfect. I misread the description and thought this was finally a bulk size of their great electrolyte mix. It's one of the few with multiple salts, and not just sodium. But this is not that, it is an energy powder, meaning carbs. It substitutes instead of bars/gels, and has some sodium, but not their full mix. ALSO, it really struggles to mix in water, despite much rigorous shaking (just water or with some ice to further agitate). I often end up with unmixed powder, even after the bottle is strapped to my jostling bike over the course of several hours of riding (where I keep topping up the water along the way).
