This muscle stimulator works well, and I've noticed that using it up to 2-3 times a day yields much better results. I broke my ankles in an accident, and while I've been recovering, I was non-weight bearing and wanted to work out my core to help out my body. With all my sitting and icing my ankle, this device made it much easier to help my core stay stronger. Admittedly, I was hoping to have more definition sooner, but I don't always use it as frequently as I should.I had a week where I used it three times a day, every other day, and, no joke, by the end of the week, my waist was thinner, and my pants fit easier!I don't use the armbands...maybe I will someday.My goal is to use it on Mode 2: Fat Burning, and then I switch to Mode 6: Ab Crunching.My only criticism is that I have a very curvy lower body, and due to the height and width of the middle section of the fabric, I have to press down on the top of the fabric for all the nodes to make contact with my skin. So I can't "walk around" with it on very effectively. I have to sit so that it makes better contact. I should have purchased a version with thinner padding in the front. Oh well - it still works.

I love this item. I love the fact that it has various modes for various things. You can definitely feel it working. I’ve tried several modes My favorite is mode six because I’m toning and shaping my abs. I spray it with water. I put it on I started Week one at a lower number around five but I have worked my way up to number 19 and yes you can feel it and I continue to do what I’m doing and it definitely works.

Very easy to use. Make sure to remove the blue film on the pads of device before use. The product works as advertised if you follow the instructions.

I really like the design and the safe electro pads, along with how the whole device works, but I have to take a star for the struggles with putting on and securing the arm straps (as well as no proper manual). I like the modes and levels of intensity, and the waist's strap is very secure.

I go to an en electric muscle stimulator studio. I pay $275 per month. This is the same. I’m going to quit my membership. I’m very pleasantly surprised, I didn’t expect much than some cheap thing. You will be sore the next day, as mentioned above you need to wet your clothes underneath the stimulator. Best to use 100% thin cotton jersey, like leggings and a long sleeve Tshirt
