This sealer was dried up hard in the tube. I ordered a replacement. It was hard as a rock also. I returned both tubes. No refund received. Horrible product and service.

Cures to a fairly solid rubber like product. Treat as permanent. I really like this stuff to stick things together and to permanently form a water tight, weather tight seal. If you want to create a tough lasting seal this stuff is it. Can be a mess when applying, like all good sealants in this category. Far better than silicone - silicone is so has been.

Works great. Fixed a 20 year leak.

I don't like to do a bad review but this product deserves it. Received it about 5 days ago. Put it outside today to warm up and did the prep work on the first item I was planning to repair. Cut open the spout and and end of the tube only to find I couldn't get the product to come out with a regular caulking gun tool. Worked for a while trying to get it to come out and finally cut the tube open on the side as I was planning to do this work today. Had to use a putty tool to get the stuff out and a spreader to spread it where I wanted it. So since I cut the tube open I couldn't save any of it to use later. To it's credit the gloppy stuff did come off the tools fairly easily with mineral spirits as the instructions said for clean-up. I should have been suspicious sooner since when I looked at the code on the tube part of the numbers were clear and some of them were missing. Maybe I should have purchased adhesive/sealant at my local home improvement store.
