I've used this for years, it works really well. It's the only spot treatment that doesn't burn my skin. It's really gentle so you can use it as often as you like. You don't need to use a lot, so it lasts a long time. It doesn't have a harsh chemical smell like other spot treatments either.

I have been using the Activ Gel Serum in combination with the Salcura Antiac Acne Clearing Spray morning & night for about two weeks now, and have noticed no improvement to my skin. In fact, it seems to have got worse. I am very much disappointed as the reviews seem to be overwhelmingly positive for these products. I have for the past two nights used Savlon instead of these products, and have had a much better result! They may work for you, but they certainly didn't work for me so I can't recommend in the slightest. Also, the Active Gel Serum has a mildly unpleasant scent.

Very good for spots

This burnt and stung my face. Made it blotchy, didn't make any spots go away but made more come out and made the existing ones worse :( i wouldn't recommend it for acne sufferers as I did not work for me, I used clean and clear and ocean potion suncream with zinc oxide and my spots were gone within days! Try it!!!!! Thanks
