I have had the same problem... smudges as well... ended up putting in the binn

Not totally but I find it one of the better ones it doesn’t run down ur face I can wash my hair and it’s fine

Thanks for the message. The fibres must have a base to adhere to. Stray fibres will only ever fall away if not enough mascara is applied prior to application. The fibre wand needs to be rolled away from the eyes, down the lashes to prevent this from happening.
