The high-yield toner set works fine for everyday printing, and the page count is pretty good. The print quality is decent, but not as crisp as I expected, and installation was a little tricky. It’s an okay option for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

There is no way I get even close to the rated page count on these but the print looks great and the price matches.

Good price and fits my Brother printer perfectly. My only complaint is, when we installed the cartridges and did a test print there was magenta streaks all over the page!! We took the cartridge out and the powder had leaked out all over the cartridge and inside the printer!!! Got it all cleaned up and prints fine now, but what a waste!!

Three of the four cartridges worked with my Brother printer (so the two stars) but the fourth would not. There is a sticker on the cartridge that suggests contacting True Image in the event of an issue, so I attempted to contact them via their chat bot. Even though their chat box states that "We answer immediately", they never answered at all. So their customer support apparently doesn't exist.

I've only used the black so far, but it works perfectly in my Brother HL-L321OCW color laser printer! no error. It has. a weird tab that doesn't need to be on the cartridge, but it didn't affect the fit.

I contacted the vendor because the printer was not recognize the new toner. They responded quickly and provided the steps needed resolve the issue. I very satisfied.

Overall, if you’re looking for a cost-effective option without sacrificing too much on print quality, the TN is a solid choice, especially for home and small office use.

This toner does not fit a Brother HL-L3290CDW printer. Check your model before purchasing, the description is incorrect. EDIT: The seller reached out to send a replacement that did end up working. It's not a perfect fit, you have to angle it just right to get it seated. Great customer service!
