I purchased the Fire-Boltt Snapp, enticed by features like the selfie camera and 4G Nano-SIM slot. However, this watch turned out to be a huge disappointment due to its abysmal battery life. Even without using any of the features, the battery lasts a maximum of just 24 hours, making it impractical for daily use. Frequent charging becomes a necessity, which is frustrating and makes the product feel like poor value for money.Adding to the frustration, I lost the charger and reached out to Fire-Boltt customer service, only to be informed that selling charging cables is against their company policy. They advised me to purchase a replacement online or through retail stores, but after spending considerable time searching on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, I couldn’t find the charger anywhere. This leaves me with a dead product unless I buy a completely new watch just to get a charging cable!I strongly recommend anyone considering a Fire-Boltt product to first ensure that chargers or other accessories are easily available. Otherwise, you risk owning a product that quickly becomes unusable.It’s also disheartening to see that Fire-Boltt is not adhering to the Indian government's or EU’s push for universal USB-C charging solutions, which would reduce e-waste and make charging more convenient for users.Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase, and I cannot recommend this product to others.

I bought the Fire-Boltt Dream with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The battery life is nowhere near what I was expecting — even under moderate use, it only lasts about 3-4 hours, which is incredibly inconvenient for a smartwatch.After reaching out to customer service, they informed me that this is “normal” for the product under extreme conditions, but I found that even in everyday use, the battery drains quickly. They also refused to replace the watch, and to make matters worse, Fire-Boltt doesn’t even offer a return policy.I followed all their advice on saving battery life, like adjusting brightness and disabling features when not in use, but it hasn’t made a noticeable difference.Overall, I would not recommend this product to others. It’s unreliable, and if you run into any issues, there’s little support from the company. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more dependable smartwatch!

Never buy this one!1. First of all it looks like some cheap electronics from abroad rebranded; when you do software update it points out some different model name!2. Second it will not work properly. There was heavy echo to caller that the phone option can never be used! When you put the watch on charger, it keeps calling different phone numbers! Bugs and issues3. The phone is sold by some sellers who are not authorised by the company! So Amazon allows unauthorised sellers to sell this watch4. When you have issue and ask Amazon customer care, they will point out to Firebolt customer care. And Firebolt customer care will point out to Amazon customer care. You will become the ping pong ball and your issue will not get resolved5. So never buy this and waste your money. Even if you want to buy, then buy from sources which can give you warranty. But be ready to take it for service on day one.
