Went tu use it for the first time and 4 tshirts in, a spark and loud noise went from the black power line to the box shorting it out and no longer works.This is my second one with the same issue. The first one lasted 20 shirts or so before sparks went off. I figured buying from another seller might help but it didn't. The pressure on this is very uneven, I can't get a good pressure on front side so I had to rotate the shirt to get the whole design pressed. Pretty disappointed, but I you get what you pay for.

Doesn't completely heat all the way to the bottom so shirts that require the entire area had incomplete transfer. Other than that, it works ok.

I’ve attempted to use the press on multiple items and it doesn’t work. The plates heat but don’t heat enough to press anything to the fabric. Have read and re read the instructions and can’t get a different result. Very disappointed in this item.

Feels cheep and is unbalanced so you have 400 degree hot plate just falling in the floor every time you try and press a shirt just pray you don’t try and cetch it and end up with an aweful burn i definitely expected it to at lest not fall over while using it
