Exact fit for Costco Frame
This cover fit my Costco frame perfectly. It does have a few less grommet holes than the original cover did but snugs up very tight and doesn’t move so should last at least as long. It also overhangs the sides and ends about 6 inches so should stay water and wind tight.

Seemed like it was a good deal, BUT…
My last canopy lasted exactly five months, before disintegration of the fabric. It leaked from day-1, and fell apart in 5 months of regular use. So, I ordered this one. Seemed kinda light coming out of the box, (its advertised as heavy duty) but I needed one, so I opened it up.I laid it out and measured it, and it’s twenty feet, five inches long. It’s supposed to be twenty feet. Oh well, let’s put it up. It layed out pretty quickly (I have a modified frame that has 6 upright legs instead of 3) and I started to secure the corners and center, before working my way around it.We do a new canvas/cover about every 3 years, with the same frame. This thing is too long, and required a bit of work to get the slack out, and make the bungees work. This cover also has a decorative piece at each corner, that goes down the leg. I’ll be cutting them off, as there’s no way to attach them, short of drilling holes for the hook to go into. The biggest problem is the holes that are in each corner. Out of the box, each corner area has an elongated, keyhole type of hole, about an inch high, and about a 16th wide. SERIOUSLY? Can’t these poor little china kids do anything right? This is some poor quality. Cut their rice rations until they get their act together.Time will tell if this one leaks everywhere, or just at the corners, in the holes. An added bonus of the gray top ( I’ve never had any color other than white, and the last one was tan) is that you’ll literally burn your fingers and hands, trying to lace the bungees in the daylight. This thing gets HOT. SERIOUSLY. It’s not hot underneath it, but the material itself gets too hot to touch. Maybe I’ll shoot it with my laser thermometer and post a pic of the temp. Will edit this review, pending any failures or problems with this ill-fitting, poorly designed cover. This frame is a standard harbor freight unit, that I added a couple more legs to, for stability. ( yes, I cut the horizontal tubes down, the width of the new uprights, so the original dimensions end to end are the same)
