Great value good product
Operates as it should never was able to actually register the product. Update's and software was available on autels website so I didn't actually need the disc anyway. Have used a couple of times and it gets the job done. Only used it on gm vehicle so far though.

Great product, fixed programming issues
Great item, works great if you know how to use it. Needs to be hooked up to the PC. I had to buy software that’s 4,000$ to run code but 100% worth the money if you don’t want to go to the dealer.

solid performer, but didn't come with firmware
Went through a long email ordeal with Amazon seller customer service, and we finally solved the problem. Return, and exchange, were immediately offered. Even as tedious as this problem must have been for her, the CS representative never disengaged. The problem turned out to be with the maxisuite, and when it finally worked, firmware and operating system installed successfully.Be advised that this is the VCI that comes with the 919, and 909 tablets. Alone, it'll only connect OEM software and third party software. Without the proprietary software, which is only available on the tablet, it doesn't perform at it's full potential. The tablet doesn't seem to be available separately either. It's exactly what it claims to be, once the correct firmware and OS is installed. The hardware is superior to the comparable generations of VCI from the common manufacturers used in the industry.

Great Product!
I spent several days researching the most cost effective way to reprogram modules in newer vehicles short of having the dealership program. This tool works very well, it's easy to use if you're familiar with vehicle specific programs. There is a learning curve for some, but it's easy once you program your first vehicle. Very satisfied, have no complaints.

FAST AND EFFECTIVE
This is a great product that works with my Autel 906BT. I used it to connect to my 2021 Escalade. I was then able to read the OBD Codes and get the issues handled.

Needed for programming ECU's
You must find the drivers to download. There were no directions supplied so it took a while for me to find a youtuber showing where to find them. You must go to the autel site and go to downloads. Other than that issue the j2534 works good and has enabled me to program a Toyota ecm. I use a laptop with this item.

Best Autel dealer
I had a issue with the item the first time I went to use it. It wouldn't update, and would not communicate with vehicles. The first time I tried to use it was a year and one month after purchase. The factory warranty has already expired. I was upset, thinking I was screwed. I contacted the seller, and they immediately shipped me a new one, before I could even get broken one sent back to them. Their customer service team is amazing. They definitely made a bad situation better. I will never buy any Autel products from any other sellers. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Great tool for miscellaneous module programming tasks
So far, has worked to write Ford and GM modules. Great budget programming tool if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty with the OEM software.Just as a reminder, you'll want a power stabilizer of some kind. I use a PowerMax 45A maintainer, and so far has been sufficient for our needs. Some vehicles may require more current.
