I bought this for post knee surgery and I'm pretty happy so far. Good Value. No hassles with ice. Very comfortable. Just throw it in the fridge, or in my case, outside in sub-freezing temperatures, and it's ready to go. Stays cold for 15-20 minutes. About the same duration that icing is recommended. It is also quite comfortable to wear after it warms to body temp. I bought one for my elbow too..

Kinda cool item! I put in freezer and that is too cold for dire ct contact on knee

I just didn't like that the coldness hold for no more than 10 minutes , and then 2 hours in the freezer to get it cold again. I am looking for something stronger.

Good compression and about 10 minutes of cold therapy. I would love a product like this that stayed cold for 20 minutes. These are not worth the money in my opinion
