This product really does help with hair growth in general. I bought it because I wear wigs and I wanted to make sure my hair wasn't thinning, especially my hairline because of the wigs. Additionally I have noticed a change in texture of my hair over the years. Not only is my hair growing but it seems like my natural, healthier texture hair is coming through. I love it.

I used the men's strength and it works very well. If I stop using then my hair starts shedding. I don't know why there is a "female" version of this as there is nothing in the product that is going to damage a woman. Try the men's.I've used this version for years and credit it to having thicker amounts of hair. If you stop using all your new hair will thin out again. You might not have to use everyday once you get your hair where you want it. But at least use a couple times a week.

This stuff works. Been using it for about 4 months now for my facial hair, and there has been an obvious increase. This is a bit more inconvenient to use than the foam since it takes awhile to dry, but I prefer it.

If you currently use this product, DO NOT discard the dropper. It is not included in this package. You can buy droppers from Amazon (droppers for kirkland minoxidil) and I did. I have bought this before and found it effective. I stopped for several month due to a small sore on my scalp and am now resuming treatment. This does appear to be the same product only without the dropper. Use by date is also good.
