The first time I used this, I liked it, the second time I used it, it snapped in half, so I wrote a review and literally within hours of posting the review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement so if you’re on the fence about ordering, if you’re not satisfied the seller seems willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. As far as the item itself, I do like it and it gives you a pretty good home workout

Very portable, took out of town and was able to get a workout in every day. Quality build, comfortable to use in different places.

This set comes with A LOT of different stuff but i've been using it primarily for the push-up board. The grips are elevated and thick, letting you use more of your forearms and get a deeper range of motion. It's primarily made of plastic but still, very durable. Its also collapses so you can store it anywhere you want. Besides the board itself, it comes with many different bands and clips to train other body parts. The push up board is easy to setup but these other accessories require you to fiddle with clips. They work well enough but take too much time to setup. They ended up being cumbersome. Overall a great deal. The push-up board is great but the other stuff it comes with takes too much space.

I love this folds up for storage so it’s not laying out all over the place. Easy to use and targets all the right areas.

So I love the product not bad quality I don’t like the fact that you have to purposely be standing or sitting on the board or putting your hands on it for it not to move. There is no suction for it to stay to a floor which mean it limits you to where you can stand and how much you can move around but using the bands itself with the door or with your hands and things like that or if you are able to just stand on, it works really well. I’m only giving it a three star rating due to the fact that the black board that it sits on is very movable, and the plastic isn’t as the best quality I thought it would be.

I’ve been using the Hotwave portable exercise equipment for a bit now, and I really like it. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take up much space, and gives me a good workout without needing a ton of equipment. Great for home workouts or days I can’t make it to the gym. Definitely a great buy!

I really like this, works very very well. Doesn’t take up much room. In my younger years I was an “inspiring body builder.” So I’m no scrub to lifting and working out. Especially for the price I couldn’t ask for more. It also comes with a handy little book to show you work outs you can do with this. My ONLY complaint is that I wish it came with a few more resistance bands. Which isn’t even really the companies fault, they are upfront with what you will receive. Like I said, I just wish I came with more bands. I’d def recommend to other people. With a little effort, you can convert almost any bands to work with this equipment.
