Does What It's Supposed to Do
This pump is exactly what it says it is, and I appreciate that. This fits perfectly for my 750 ml bottle of Monin syrup (lavender, in case you're wondering), and I appreciate the little cover that prevents any dripping messes from happening. I like that it doesn't dispense too much and I can control how much syrup I add to my coffee without making a mess.I used to use a tablespoon/teaspoon, but some of it would stick to the tablespoon, and I was always worried about spilling. This solves all those problems and looks pretty too!

Missing a straw...worthless.
I purchased 2 of these Monin pumps and they both came yesterday. However, one of them is missing the straw therefore making it useless. Since it's not returnable or replaceable, I called Amazon customer service and they gave me a refund. But I now have to take a chance and order another one meanwhile hoping that it will come with all of its parts. This seems to be a recurring theme so why doesn't Monin or the seller check and make sure that all the parts are there before shipping this out to the customer? Or why don't they reach out to everyone who are missing the parts and offer them a replacement? That tells me that they have poor customer service too. I do not recommend this item from this company.
