This is a nice product if you are going to use it for a couple of hours and I double panned it because it does burn a small hole in the bottom of the pan so for safety purposes just use two of the aluminum pans

Used these for festivities and heated the good as intended. Slight burn on the bottom as it was too close and you really can't do much to move it but couldn't argue the price and ease of use at all

My only complaint was that the lids don't work if there's any food sticking up past the height of the tray. I also goofed and started putting food in the water tray... In the water..... Hahaha but that was completely my fault as I didn't see the water and thought the other tray was already in there, my bad. Anyways, when you pay attention, they are easy to use and stated warm for us even in the wind and spring time coastal misting. So they definitely earned their value! They were much more durable than I thought they would be, but still only aluminum trays so still disposable. I am pleased with these and I'll be getting them again for our event next year as well. Ill just use foil for the covers like I ended up doing this year, which worked out great because I used the lids as wind blockers to keep the flame from being blown out.

Purchased for my hubbys bday party. Worked as you'd expect them to. They kept food warm while giving the catering feel to our guests. We've reused these on different occasions (buying new inserts pans) and still work great.

Great value for the money. Has everything you need.. BUT fair warning the fuel is only 2 hour per can NOT the 6 hours per can as stated in description and via the Rufus Q&A. Disappointing that I need to find fuel can to buy before my party.

I used this to keep food warm for a party and it was fantastic! It came with a warming pan for the water and another pan for the food with lids. It even came with plastic serving utensils. We kept the frames and will be reusing for the next party.

We had a party today and used this set to keep four trays of perogies warm. Everything came exactly as described. It includes pans for the water and pans for the food if you need. When you run out of water pans they give you - buy 4inch deep ones and use 2.5inch deep ones for the food (standard size- all available via Amazon).This kept our food warm for a 4 hour party and all the fuel bottles were still not empty - they definitely last 6 hours. All the food was piping hot the entire time and allowed us to enjoy with our guests instead of replenishing the buffet.One thing to note - this is fuel that is not safe for having directly on food - so don’t use it for smores or anything like that - only to fill the water trays. But it will last a full six hours - 100%.This is an awesome set!
