Works as described and nice fit

The package was well wrapped. Material very sturdy and tight. As you put it on you instantly feel the lower back support, especially when moving around.after 10 minutes of wearing your abs and lower back definitely get a great sweat on. Feels like this product will be helpful towards a sleeper mid section!

Well I received this today. Packed very good. Very well made. I wear a size 46” in jeans. The waist trimmer I ordered said it fits up to 50”, no way does it fit up to 50”. My daughter and granddaughter were over visiting and my granddaughter showed an interest in wearing it for her back pain. So, I gave it to my granddaughter who tried it on and it fit her perfect. She’s nowhere near a size 50” waist. So I decided not to return this! If my granddaughter hadn’t showed interest in it I would have sent it back today though. Way too small! It even has the 3XL tag inside of it.

I have been wanting to trim down a little so I thought I’d add this belt to my regular walk. I’m not a runner. I’m a walker. It’s hot outside though so I sweat even without running. With this belt added, it makes me sweat much more. I haven’t done any measurements to see how much it has reduced my waist, but I know that my pants are looser. It Also helped support my back, which sometimes gets to hurting while I’m walking.

Sadly the Large is more like a Medium, but is well made if you need a Medium.

I have used this in the gym a few times before writing a review to make sure I could give proper review. I have to say it works great. Fits well. You will be soaked with sweat. It durable and holding up to my weight training and cardio. Only issue I had was it did roll a tad bit. But that could be just my body composition honestly. Hopefully they make wider ones soon to cover a bit more
