Wonderful flavor, easy to use, gluten free
For me to purchase food items online, they have to be good! I cook mainly from scratch, and am celiac. Not only is this a safe and trysted brand, but also very tasty and easy to use. I also enjoy the beef and ham flavors.

Hands-down, the best broth I’ve ever had
I am skeptical about bullion. I opened this up last night. I made some broth and my gosh, that was the best broth I’ve ever had in my life! I am a broth connoisseur! It was the most flavorful decadent broth I have ever tasted. I will never buy another broth ever. This is the brand I will only buy. And I bought him some pretty expensive brands. Nope this is hands-down the best broth I’ve ever had and a little goes a long way.

Upgrade your Meals!!
Got this for my Wife to use while cooking. We were both pleased with the flavor. She added a bit to the water for the rice and it made a good dish amazing! It is so versatile, just beware it is salty!

No need to add any extra salt when using this
This is a good addition to a beef or venison stew. Use instead of salt because it’s pretty salty but has good extra flavors too.

Better than expensive brands
I first bought this brand at another store, then found it on Amazon. It's great stuff!!!! I only use this brand now, because other brands are so expensive.

Nice flavor
Very nice broth, but did clog eventually with moisture making it sticky and not easy to use.

Good flavor!
Amazon didn't have the liquid broth concentrate I usually buy, so I purchased this as an interim solution. I use beef broth only to make Au Jus for French Dip sandwiches. This stuff is pretty salty & is full of hydrolyzed gunk, so it won't go in my permanent rotation. That said, the taste of this is really good & makes a mean au jus. I was happily surprised. I'll share how I make my own au jus & maybe that'll help you if you're new to this concentrate (or to cooking French Dip).CINDI'S AU JUS(Serves 1-2)1-3/4 cups water3 level tsp of this beef broth base2 tsp of tamari (a lower sodium type of soy sauce)1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce1 heaping tsp of onion powderCan double or triple this recipe just fine if making more than 1-2 sandwiches.Add all to a sauce pan & simmer over medium-low heat -- just hot enough it boils softly. After it bubbles, I simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to make sure the onion powder is dissolved -- then turn it off. If you reduce the au jus, it's just going to get saltier & awful, so don't.I buy pre-cooked roast beef in a pack that's thinly sliced. To heat the meat, I just put the slices in the hot au jus for 1-2 mins, then fish it out with a spider or slotted spoon. Once I've dunked all the meat & removed it, I put the remaining au jus into little bowls for dipping. While doing all this I'm toasting my bread & melting cheese. It's a tasty sauce & is more flavorful than what I normally use, so that was a nice surprise. If you find it too strong for you, try adding 1/4 more of water & stir well.I love the flavor of the base & will miss it when my regular (healthier) beef broth concentrate becomes available again.
