Refurbished-arrived with original box, charger, guidance on start up and how to access online manual. Really pleased with my first Samsung phone. Came with 3month warranty and message from supplier with their contact number if I had any problems.

Is it safe to get this used or refurbished? I really don't wanna get scammed

Personally I am always a little cautious of refurbished products as you'r never really sure if genuine components have been used or if they are new/tested. At least if it's used you can ask for definite details about wear and tear, functions which might not be fully working, etc. With refurbished you expect something that works almost like new but maybe e.g. without original packaging but you can never tell from the hardware.

Will this phone work in India with an Indian sim card? Thanks

If it is open, it will definitely work anywhere in the world. I used mine in germany with my German sim.
