I am sorry but this is the worst pole of all time. I’ve fished all my life and have never seen this. Catching normal bass - the line repeatedly snapped. We lost many fish. The drag doesn’t work and I have video proof. This pole is absolutely terrible. Please contact me how I can return it and will never purchase this again. It turned what could have been an awesome experience fishing with my wife into a terrible one. From a very experienced fisherman.

Loved the first one so much I repurchased, but I went to rig the newest one up this morning only to find the entire tip of pole is missing... I plan to reach out this morning and have it replaced. I will follow-up my review once I have dealt with customer service...

Ok so! One of the two I bought was broke! Hey no problem with in two days i received a new one!! And quality! It’s a pretty good pole for the price! It gets the job done! For who I bought them for it’s great!
