Right now, I would rate this a NEGATIVE 10 if I could.I have been eyeing this Reebok Smart Treadmill for many months. In particular, I was attracted to it because of the the compact size, strong motor, speed, incline, and connectivity to ZWIFT.But it has been UNAVAILABLE, sold out, couldn't get it.Finally! It was available on Amazon and sold through SOLE FITNESS. I purchased it on 7/19/24, it was due to arrive 8/9/24, but it arrived 8/2/24, which was great.It was very easy to assembly. Plenty of videos online about that. But then the belt was not straight or tight. I did not find any useful online help for this. I read the manual, check Google and YouTube. Didn't find anything helpful. I called SOLE FITNESS they offer no support for REEBOK (even though they sold it and have my money) they gave me a REEBOK number, which is apparently un-manned and no one answers it. I called AMAZON and they placed another call to SOLE FITNESS.so now, I am stuck, I guess I am going to call my credit card and make a consumer purchase issue dispute.I'm really disappointed because for all the reasons I listed above, I wanted this treadmill.

I was a bit apprehensive to order this due to an existing negative review, but the excellent specs and having a pop of color was worth the risk for me.I can happily say, I have no idea what they were talking about!!I've had a few treads over the years and assembly isn't always the quickest. Because of that I was planning on unboxing one night and assembling the next. Very quickly I realized how little assembly was needed. Maybe 25 minutes later and I was going for a run.I'm 6'2" 250lbs and this thing doesn't even notice. Very very solid build quality and hardware! It connects seamlessly with 3rd party apps I use and can also be controlled simply through the panel if you just want a quick run.I've seen treads $500+ more than this that aren't nearly this high of quality. The pop of color is also a welcome change to all the black and gray of the fitness industry. This tread goes toe to toe with the best out there!

普通に使えて満足はしているが、ところどころ気になることがある。まず、USBポートだが、給電スピードが遅く、待機状態だと給電もオフになるので一体何に使えばいいのかがわからない。せめてiPadの充電をしやすく作って欲しかった。それと、台の手前に小さい空気孔があり風が出てくるのだが、これはもしかしてファン…？風が弱すぎて涼しさを感じない。扇風機を別途買う必要があるレベル。あと、アプリが死ぬほど使いづらい。これはもうどうしようもないので連携せずに使っている。あとは耐久性が気になるけどこれ以外は必要十分揃っている気がする。

On August 19, 2023, I purchased a 2022 Reebok Running Machine Treadmill, FR30z, Black, RVFR-10421BKZ-120, ZWIFT Compatible, from Amazon.co.jp. The treadmill was delivered on August 21, 2023, and cost me ¥212,286.I train intensively at home every day, and I chose Reebok because of its reputation for durability and performance. Unfortunately, less than a year after purchase, the treadmill stopped functioning. On May 30, 2024, I had a technician visit my home to repair the machine, for which I paid out of pocket. Despite this, the treadmill still does not work.I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service regarding this issue but have received no response. This lack of communication and resolution is completely unacceptable. As a dedicated and long-time customer of Reebok, I expect prompt and effective customer support, especially for a high-value product like this treadmill.Shame on you, Reebok. Never again.

購入後毎日使用していますが今のところ問題となる点はありません（約１ヶ月）機能は必要十分だと思います。ただ経年劣化での部品交換その他のアフターサービスは知るところではありません月3000×12×6年として６年くらい稼働してくれれば良いなぁと考えています。
