I've had 2 electric mops before this one and this is by far the best for a few reasons. First, the mop holds a lot of water and cleanser. I have 1600 feet of floors to wash. I had to stop to refill several times with my previous mops which was annoying. I only have to refill once with this mop. Also, the spray goes out further than my old mops, which makes cleaning easier. Also, the mop pads are large and cover a good area, making cleaning faster. There is also a small triangle pad that provides 100 percent coverage and it comes with an extra triangle pad. The mop has a bright headlight that helps me see in dark corners which is great. I also love how the battery life is shown in a percentage rather than a few lines like my previous mops because I never knew how much time I had left on the battery. The mop is very quiet and does an amazing job washing my floors. It's very easy to use and it can maneuver in small places. I'm so happy I chose this model and I don't have a single complaint. It works great and I actually look forward to washing my floors.

We have had a few different floor mops, floor steamers included. We have three dogs and when it rains the floor looks bad. Our home is 85% flooring so that is a lot of space. It takes us about 30 minutes to mop up the mud on 1800 SQ feet. My son can do it in 10 but he misses a lot. I like that it is battery powered, not having to plug and unplug is a joy. The pads are washable and easy to use. We only used treated water so it leaves no stains are marks. I like that the battery lasts a long time as well. Over all a good value for us, as it gets used 3-4 times a week.

I bought this in February and used it for about three months. It was OK.First the sprayer stopped working and it started leaking. (I only used water, vinegar and a couple of drops of essential oil). Since it was passed the return window, I decided to keep using it and just sprinkle the cleaning solution on the floor. Within a week it stopped powering on all together, just giving a little click. I changed the AAA batteries in the handle, thinking that might help (the rechargeable battery showed at 100%). Nothing. Fortunately, Amazon was willing to issue a full refund.

This is a game changer for me. If you have hardwood this is what you need. If the product holds up over time, but really, I got it on sale, so if it last a year, I will be happy. 100 bucks, can't beat it. I got 60k worth of hardwood installed a year ago, they installede r told me don't get them wet other than Bona spray on and mop off with the Bona mopper. So, for the last year, I have been breaking my back, and my hand (spraying) mopping these floors. Well, this thing does the trick. Push of a button sprays what i would normally be spraying on with the Bona mop, and this mop does the mopping all by itself. No more pushing the mop back and forth. Love it!!Now I will say, I wasn't happy with the time it took to get it. I paid for it on Nov 8 for delivery 15-19. Paid a little extra for overnight delivery. Hoping I would get it a little sooner (15th). But no, they waited till the 18th to send it out and delivered it late in the day on the 19th. I went online to check delivery on the 14th, they had if I purchased that day, I could get it the next day. Thought about canceling the order and reordering to get it sooner. But didn't, figured since they were saying that now, I would probably get it the 15-16, since I had ordered it much earlier. But no dice, they waited till the last day to delivery, go figure. 🙄 But again I did get it on sale, so guess I can't expect too much.Overall, I am happy with the product, does what I need for cheap and keeps the back pain to a minimum.Also, I will add, if you have a large house, I would order another battery. It almost last my 2700 Sq ft of my downstairs, but that is about it. I will need to order another battery so I can do the upstairs and the remaining down at one time.Definitely will purchase again, if it last me a year.

The media could not be loaded. Battery lasts quite a while. Water tank is small. Worked great the first two times I used it. Third time it wouldn't spray, and after several attempts to get it to spray, it leaked all over the floor. I drained the water, charged it again and then it would make a short sound and do nothing. Currently working with seller to resolve the issue.Update: Seller sent a new mop at no charge and has been consistent in checking in to make sure I have not had any issues with the new mop.

I absolutely love this electric mop. It’s so convent to use. I have all hardwood floors in my home! I’m 75 years old and this device makes it so easy to keep my floors clean. The double drum scrubber makes it easy to use. No cumbersome mop bucket. It’s lightweight and quickly recharges. Comes with extra pads I just throw in the washer.I highly recommend this floor mop.
