Great for anyone dealing with puffy ankles
I watched a YouTube video doctor make a recommendation that if you have puffy ankles, you may have a vitamin B1 and Magnesium deficiency. I decided to try this product and I am pleased I did. After one week, I am starting to notice the inflammation diminishing, I am starting to get back some of the contours of my ankles and it is improving my digestion and sleep. They taste great without extra sugar, great value for the money, effective, they are gummies and great for those who have trouble swallowing pills and great vitamin content.

Major improvement in burning mouth pain.
I am taking this vitamin for Burning Mouth Syndrome. After taking them for 3 or so months, and continuing to do so, my burning mouth has improved immeasurably. Not 100%, but I wouldn't expect that. But I would say 95% improvement which has made a huge improvement in my life. I highly recommend taking this for nerve pain. I also switched toothpaste to HELLO which also helps.

Helped bring down my mom's foot swelling / edema
This is NOT medical advice, simply sharing my experience. My mom was told by her doctor that she would need to be on high doses of diuretic every day forever to keep the swelling out of her feet. That's bad for her kidneys. I researched it and I was informed that the swelling in my mom's feet could be a result of a B1 deficiency, specifically in the form of Benfotiamine, since the cells need this nutrient for processing sugars and basically pumping excess fluids from the cells. I got these gummies and gave her 3-6 of them and within an hour the swelling was way down. Another three right before bed and her feet had no swelling when she woke up. This has happened multiple times since. Usually after a lot of sugar, and these gummies worked every time! I will be keeping these on hand from now on, especially when she has a minor binge on the sweets!
