All I can say is WOW. I bought 16 of these for my expedition marine trawler with 2000w of solar. When I am at anchor I have a full size residential fridge/ a large box freezer/ and a large ice maker/ wine cooler PLUS all the little items that run on the boat. These batteries for last 6 month have had the hell beaten out of them between the solar panels and the diesel generator pumping 100amps of charge through the huge inverter. EVERY day these things get beat on and randomly bank charged from diesel generator and charged by the main drive diesels alternators etc. these things pump out power and take huge charges from all sources. We had 7 people on the boat for 4 weeks and I will say I am IMPRESSED!!!! Way better than my firefly AGM bank they replaced. Bravo for such an great product at such a killer price point ($180 per 100ah battery) Took a chance from buying the expensive battle Borne batteries to save a TON of money,,,, And it is paying off so far!!!!! Good high quality true deep cycling batteries built tough with excellent customer service. Although I've installed a lot of solar since the 1990's, I am now sold on using Lithium Iron Phosphate on home solar installations to replace more typical lead-acid type batteries. Also perfect as an RV house battery. First thing I noticed was that their "Users Manual" was exceptionally well written and easy to read without any confusing language or translation errors. This was a welcome beginning. Communication with the seller, Time-USB is also nothing less than excellent. They gave me a heads-up when the batteries shipped, and they arrived very well packaged with plenty of protection and sooner than expected. If you have technical questions regarding set-up, the folks at Time-USB will be happy to walk you through the process quickly. I worked with Tanya and Gerri, who I found very knowledgable, easy to understand and answered all of my questions completely. I'm liking these new batteries because they are much lighter than Lead-Acid, much safer than most other Lithium-ion types, and if they work as specified, they will be far less expensive in the long run. Unlike lead acid, which can only tolerate about a 50% depth of discharge on a regular basis, you can discharge these all the way down without damage thanks to the built-in battery management circuitboard, or BMS. Although you will get more cycling lifetime if the depth of discharge is more conservative. These batteries work wonderfully along with a good quality, properly configured charger or solar charge controller, like the Morningstar Tristar MPPT series pictured, although custom settings were required. I'm also using Victron's BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor with Bluetooth to easily and remotely monitor the system's production, battery status and power usage. Another nice thing about LiFePO4 (or LFP) is their very high (99%) charge efficiency compared to lead-acid at 94% or much lower as they age. Speaking of age, if installed and configured correctly, you should theoretically be able to get up to 5x the cycling life from these Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) type lithium-ion batteries, perhaps up to 10 years making these a perfect choice for off-grid solar or similar high cycling, high demand battery systems. Lastly, if you should have a problem, Time-USB tech support will resolve it, they also have a 5 year warranty on their products. I've ordered from them 3 times, and always had a good experience. When it arrived I put it on my smart LifePO4 charger and it was at 35%. After charging it I looked at how many Ah it had and it said 58ah fully charged. More than the battery is rated for. I take that as a good sign. I use this battery on a Hammerhead Pool vacuum. The manufacturer of hammerhead says to get at least 25ah to last 1.2 hours continuous run time. Well I used the battery for over 1.75 hours and when i put it on the charger it had only used 6.8ah. I then was very surprised so I did a test and used it again and didn’t charge it. Then used it again cleaning pools, when I finally put it back on the charger it still had 12ah left. I can say I love the fact it has continuous 100% power through the whole battery cycle so I never slowed down. With a marine grade battery I would get about 7 pools done then the hammerhead only worked at max 1/2 power. Now with this smaller much less weight battery I can go many trips without having to worry about it dying or getting weak. Another thing I love is no deep cycle cleanings anymore. I would get about 150-175 charges from a standard battery and this one says over 2000 so it surely pays for itself in no time at all. I would buy this battery again for sure. I love this battery. The overall look and sturdy feel to this battery is just great. It is a lot bigger than what i was expecting but its size screams "I mean business, don't worry, i got you(when/if you lose power)". I ended up buying 2 for my debut into the DIY solar game. I use them to power one of our outdoor pond pumps in the never ending battle against the power company. But if i had the money i would probably buy 2-3(probably 10) more and try to hook up some of our indoor appliances since the performance, look, and quality of these is nothing short of awesome/amazing to me. And i am not a solar expert by any means but they charge fast, output enough, and last a good amount of time at decent load(75-100w continuously). Now i know that is probably not really high in the bigger solar game picture. But its enough to power more luxuries than i would need or use if the power went out like it often does for no reason or i just missed the "planned outage" memo. Also, its way quieter than my inverter generator, doesn't spit out toxic fumes, and i have not felt it get hot to the touch at all which i assumed it would at some point. And i love the look of this battery, it sounds weird i know, but if you buy one you will understand what i mean. I am just glad to know that i have at least 2 of these watching my back in case......well just in case of anything.

Excellent battery that works really well with my RC mower project! Nominal voltage is around 40v so it can be a replacement to the 40v power tool batteries. The terminal lugs are also high quality.

A solid battery but make sure you get the correct ah for your application! I bought this battery to power a minn kota ultrex quest trolling motor on a small fiberglass bass boat (18'). I went with 50ah based on multiple reviews and online forms that stated this battery will last all day and at times two days. After using it for the first time i was impressed how long the run time was, but this is not a big enough battery for my application. 50ah is not large enough for fishing windy conditions on bodies of water with current. With moderate use it only lasted about 4 hours, and in some conditions even less. With that said, i plan to purchase a second 50ah battery to run in parallel and i will be sticking with this brand. Also, since this battery is not bluetooth enabled it was impossible for me to monitor the battery level as i used it. I would suggest a bluetooth battery to anyone that plans on running their trolling motor moderately hard so you're not stranded down river or down wind of your boat launch.

I purchased these batteries to replace a couple of older AGM group 27 batteries that only lasted four years. I purchased two of the group size 24 batteries to save space and hooked them up in series for my 24V trolling motor. These batteries are very high quality and incredibly light compared to the old batteries! They provide amazing power and longevity compared to my old lead AGM batteries when fishing. Also, due to being a little lighter, I also get a bit more speed on my boat and less drag, further extending the life of these batteries when fishing all day. And the cost of these is considerably less than buying new AGM batteries, and they'll likely last years beyond what a regular lead battery will last! It's really a no-brainier if you need to replace or upgrade your boat trolling motor batteries. Shipping was fast, and the customer service team has reached out a couple of times to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend these batteries for your fishing trolling motor needs.
