A beautiful, pure product - fulfilled my hopes.

Silly me! When I first acquired this serum, I must have just look at the beautiful bottle too much and didn't realize it is an oil base serum. When I opened it and found out it is oil base, I truly thought I made a mistake because I know I don't like oil base item as much, nor do they suit me.However, the bottle was opened, I might as well give it a go. Surprisingly it turns out to be great and now I really like it. The serum is of 10 ml in a lovely dropper bottle. It smells of a hint of rose, pretty lovely to me. It is of a yellow translucent colour. Yes, 10 ml is not much, but really a little goes a long way. I use it 2 times a day as part of my skin care routine to replace the eye cream. Every time I only use a drop for both eyes and it is definitely enough. ( I guess maybe max. 2 drops, if you are using 3, then you are wasting the product)I have tried oil base skin care before , but I am NOT a fan. Simply because the oil base products normally just looking oily on your face. I am not young, but also not mature enough to take those oil products. However, this Alteya Organic eye serum really does what it says on the box. And quite frankly, I was very surprised that it doesn't make your skin as oily looking as the other oil base products.I think one of the thing is the dropper bottle suits oil base products, it allows you to take the amount of product more precisely. The other thing is the actual eye serum itself. I cannot say it doesn't leave oil on your skin at all, but very very slightly, at the point you don't really notice it much or you won't be bothered by it. Plus it really helps my puffiness and dark circles. Not saying that it would take them totally away(don't think that is possible anyway). However, improvement is there for sure. Lately, I pretty much turn the day and night around because of some stressful issues. That does not help the skin of around my eyes at all! But this eye serum makes my eyes looking better, at least a lot better than they should have been considered my current situation. I am pretty impressed by the effectiveness and the fact that it doesn't make you looking oily.I would definitely recommend this Alteya Organic eye serum, especially if you are like me who don't like oil base products, it is worth giving this one a wee go.Disclaimer - I was sent this item in exchange for my honest review.
