So far I have not noticed much difference in health. But way too early to tell. Quality is great. Easy to swallow, value is great! Maybe have movies some change in energy level. Actually have been waking up with ease. I take this at night before bed sometimes and occasionally in morning. No off feelings or side effects.

I don’t really know if they work, but they were recommended so I decided to try. Easy to swallow since they have a shiny coating and they are a medium sized pill. They are a three in one pill, so I get the supplement I need in one pill. The don’t have a smell, like other vitamins do. All in all I think they are a good quality vitamin.

My Vitamin levels went from 23 to 60!! This product truly works!!

I’m 59, and this D3 + K2 with magnesium has been the best one I’ve tried. I’ve bought other brands before, but the coconut oil helps it absorb better and I feel the effects faster. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I can really tell it works. I would definitely buy it again.
