Does this fit 18” doll clothes?

Yes, I believe so—that is how it is described online. It is a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, so I wont really know until it is assembled. I did open the box when I received it, and it definitely should fit clothes for 18” dolls (it is way too big for Barbie clothes). Hope this helps. By the way, it is very heavy and Saturday; I think it is very well made.

What are the actual dimensions of the wardrobe?

It is 15.5 inches tall , 12.5 inches wide, and 8 inches deep.

Is the height from the door which is curved or from the flat part?

The interior measurement of the closet is 14 inches

Would this closet hold build a bear clothes and shoes with smaller doll hangers? Would other small hangers work with build a bear clothes?

It should work with those clothes, they’re about the same size as the 18” doll clothes this is meant for.
