It’s not a bad product but is not perfect. I had a little struggle with the straps trying to get the right stretch for my back to stay straight with the metals. Going to keep trying to see if I get to the point it holds my back completely.

This posture device is definitely a step up from the typical straps that simply pull from one shoulder to the other.Although, both styles have their advantages. This one is more supportive while bringing your shoulders back. But it also wraps and covers more surface area. Therefore it will hold some heat and sweat, if you're moving around in warm conditions. It is also harder to disguise.But, if your looking for something that does a decent job of holding you up straight, this is the way to go. It is still flexible but not too floppy. It braces but it's not hard and rigid. I think it does the job very well and it feels great to have better posture.

I was excited to receive this since I am constantly looking for ways to improve my posture. I do like it but the straps have begun to stretch out since wearing the brace often. The brace now rides up since I cannot get the straps to be tight enough.I would reccomend it if you don’t think you’ll wear it often. If you do, something that has more structure may be better suited.
