Q: How do I know how much sealant I need for a project? Is there a usage quantity calculation?

Q: Will this work with abs plastic?

If you are asking will Sikaflex bond to abs plastic, I think it will if you clean the abs with alcohol.

Q: Is this the best product to seal/bind the edges of a rubber/turf (gym) floor to a basement concrete floor?

I think it'd be a great product. Super strong, durable slightly flexable. I've been using it to glue metal roof's down for the past 10 years and no issues.

Q: Can this be used to seal inside of a rim on a spoke wheel?

This should work very well for sealing rim of a spoked wheel. I plan on using this product when I get around to doing mine.
