We used this hat for a Peter Pan costume. The color was as pictured. Can be used for many different costumes and dressing up for kids. It worked great for our purpose and was a good value and held up for the event. It fit my husband great too.

My son needed a last minute Peter Pan costume and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hat was a good deal for the price and quality. Unfortunately, he broke the feather after several uses, but I attribute that to his rough play, ha. The hat itself is very sturdy and completed his costume perfectly.

The hat was pretty hard. It did not mold to the head. It was round and did not sit well on the head. The feather was also broken. But what do you expect for the price. It served its purpose.

So, hat arrived with no feather, I guess i should not be totally surprised as other reviews indicated they had the same issue. I saw some remnents of a feather (small pieces of red fuzz), so i know that one did exist with the hat at some point. Sort of annoying because this is for a costume and I now have to go buy a feather. Probably in the end, I did not save any money ordering this. Next time i will read the reviews more carefully and assume that I will have the same issue other buyers had.

Wish I could buy these in bulk--but the hats themselves are great. The feathers also come separately packed so that they don't get squished in the mail. A few of the hats were a pretty dented but popped back into place fine.

Cute hat perfect for my peter pan costume and can't beat the price. My 2 year old actually sat on it and I was able to pop it back to it's original shape it looks like new.
