AMAZING MONITOR
I am beyond amazed with this monitor it exceeded my expectations in every way. Soon as I powered It on I was shocked with the amazing sharpness and colors that were shown. Definetly is a step up from my 1080p 60hz monitor. Im a hardcore gamer and this exceeded my expectation especially when playing open world games like assassins creed unity and forza. Details are definetly noticeable. I bought at 150 and it is definetly a steal. So easy to install and the performance is amazing would definetly buy again

Nice Monitor at a Great Price
I've been very pleased with the performance and quality of this monitor. I don't use it for gaming, so I can't speak on it for that specific use, but image quality is excellent for my needs (including image/video editing, day-to-day apps, etc.). Time will tell regarding longevity, but at this point, I would say this is an outstanding value.

Love this monitor! Wish the connections weren't so low.
I've had this a few days now and I absolutely love it. I have so much control over the image too, lots of picture modes, gamma adjust, individual color adjust, and os on. Easy to control the on screen menu. It's my first curved monitor too, and I wasn't sure I was going to like it but I really do. You don't notice it's curved when your looking directly at it. I bought this along with a mini pc and it's hooked up through a USB-C cable. I have my older computer in the HDMI input. The price I paid for the size I wanted and this level of image quality is actually remarkable. I haven't had luck with every monitor I ever bought and I'm going back to the huge CRTs (I'm 55). I didn't expect much because of the price and it totally exceeded my expectations. One more thing quick, I asked ChatGPT about Sansui vs the other brand options like Scepter, Acer, and so on. She liked the Sansui the best, stating it seems to have more positive reviews overall compared to the other brands and she wasn't just talking about Amazon's rating system. One minor thing. The connections are all on the bottom of the monitor, making it basically impossible NOT to see the USB-C and HDMI cables. The power cord was easy to route. I have a couple angled extensions and some cable routing sticker things in my cart, I'm sure I can work around it.

Gaming Moniter
I LOVE this gaming moniter. Me and my son use it with our Xbox. The graphics on it are VERY crisp and the colors are bright and bold! Gaming is great on it. Easy to set up. Automatically turns on and off with your gaming console. You have the ability to move the screen up and down to your liking. The ONLY issue I've been having is the sound. It does NOT have speakers. So you will need Bluetooth headphones or ear buds. We use a corded headset and the sound is very low. Even though the sound is 100% for the moniter and my headphones are all the way up. But that could very well be my headset. Wish It came with a remote. It's a little difficult to use the buttons for menu options. But for the gaming aspect it's perfect. Great quality!

Solid Monitor Performance
Great Product. Take time to calibrate your monitor settings before use. Go through the Full Menu, Picture Mode, Cross Hair options etc (Small button on the back of the Monitor, and your computer's display settings.) I used a Display Adapter cable. The picture quality is amazing. The Refresh Rate (200Hz) and Response Time (1ms) are perfect for fighting games and this Monitor's size works great for me (My old Monitor was also 24 inch) I didn't use the Wall Mount feature, but the stand it came with is extremely stable and holds the Monitor Screen exactly where I need it. I play Battlefield 6, Need For Speed, Street Fighter 6 and Stream on TOP of Work From Home full time. I have had zero issues with this product straight out of the Box. I use a headset, so I did not need a monitor with built in speakers, but this monitor DOES come with your standard sized audio jack. So if you want to add speakers it's easy to do. The price made this purchase all the more better. I will say again though, take some time to check through all the settings and also your computer display settings to get the most out of this Monitor. Setup including powering up and calibrating Monitor and Computer Display settings was quick (15 minutes maybe less).

Perfect
Large and has great colors. I am a 3d and 2d digital game artist so color accuracy is important. I also play games here and there and theres no ghosting with the higher refresh rates. looks great, very bright. It looks this good at all points, corner to corner, with no noticable light leaking or anything. I would say it overall performs perfectly for my needs. I would get another. This monitor is an incredible value.

100% failure rate within 10 months across all 3 Sansui monitors - Updates
Updated Review 2: No response received to the videos sent in of the 3 replacement monitors being DOA (1 will not power on at all and the other 2 will have the LED light up and then go dark and not power on). Reducing this review back to 1 star. 6 Monitors to date, across 2 model series, and all were defective. Requested a refund and then had no response to the video evidence submitted on round 2. Sansui used to be a very good company but there are massive quality control issues given my "recent" experience. I've sent all monitors off for e-waste recycling as I've spent enough time and energy on trying to get this resolved with Sansui. ----- Updated Review: With the failure of all 3 initial monitors I was in contact with Sansui and after some discussion it was decided that they would send me 3 new monitors of the following model: ES-G27F6Q Pro (300hz). These arrived, were each setup in turn and I have the following results: 1 Monitor will fail to power on regardless of what power adapter/source is used (I have cycled through all 3 -- 1 per replacement monitor). This is to say that the power indicator LED has no activation of any kind let alone the screen. This monitor may have been a very well cleaned up reconditioned item (the plastic which would normally cover the rear LEDs was missing from both strips - such was not the case with the other 2 monitors received in this batch). 2 Monitors will have the Blue Power indicator LED turn on for a moment (solid standard blue colour - no flashing et al.) and then turn off. This is again with cycling through each power supply. Windows does detect these two monitors but they will not display an image (screens stay black and the power indicator LED stays unlit beyond the initial single lighting). To underscore -- I have 7 computer systems operating in my home most with 2-4 monitors per computer. Each room has it's own dedicated 20amp circuit with surge protection. No other monitors, across multiple brands have had these issues. Although the failure rate is inordinately high, I have to assume that there is a component issue with their power boards across this generational line of monitors (the consistency in lack of power behaviour is otherwise statistically improbable). Likewise, between the two iterations of monitor, the power supplies have been changed -- which points more to the power board components that are shared between the iterations within each monitor and not the external power supplies themselves. To try to ensure no possible residential circuit issue, I have tried these monitors over the course of the last couple of weeks across 3 other rooms (one being a spare bedroom that has nothing on it's outlet circuit) and the results have been the same. I have also tried both with and without active sinewave APU's inline. I have raised my initial 1 star rating to 2 stars. This is not because I have yet received my money's worth but because, thus far, Sansui has made bonafide attempts to resolve the issue. I will be reaching out to Sansui again and will report back on the conclusion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Original review: Model Number: ESA-G27F6Q PRO Model Name: ES-G27F4Q PRO ASIN: B0CWL14K13 I bought 3 of these monitors in October 2024. Within 10 months I have a 100% failure rate. For context: I have multiple systems and monitors (several different brands/models) in the house on the same and other circuits. All systems have back-up auxiliary power units with active sine wave and all circuits have further surge protection. No other computer/electronic failures have occurred in my residence during this period. All software has current drivers/versions on my systems. 2 Monitors now fail to power on at all (their power blocks work fine when swapped around with the 3rd, currently still a mostly functional monitor). It feels as if the input jack on the 2 monitors are slightly loose, relative to the 3rd. The 3rd monitor is now displaying 4 thin black lines at the bottom of the screen (roughly in the windows tool bar location) -- this started 26/07/25. Screen shots of the area do not show the lines so this is not the GPU. The cable also appears to be fine when tested on unrelated monitors and the lines will "come and go" irrespective of which jack or cable is utilised. I am running 4 monitors on this current system and 3 AOC are running fine and the last Sansui is failing. The price point and features are excellent. The quality control and reliability are exceptionally poor. Given all the mostly positive reviews I believe there may be differing production batches -- some good and some terrible (perhaps from different factories or different component suppliers to a single factory). I cannot recommend this product or company as the reliability/longevity of the monitors are exceptionally poor (for me, a 100% failure rate within 10 months)

An in depth review
Given I have only had this monitor for 2 weeks things can happen. With that in mind, this monitor so far has been a wonderful purchase. Starting with the positives: - starting with what I find the most important, the colors! Wow is what first came to my mind when I booted this thing up. The colors are vibrant, the monitor is bright, and visuals are quite clear. I have another 1440p monitor from a well known brand and the colors on the SANSUI blow it out of the water! - Secondly the 240-260 native reference rate is excellent! I play a couple games quite competitively and having that higher refresh rate is great! There is a common misconception that the human eye can’t see more than 60hz or 120hz, this is wrong. If your device has the ability run at 240-260fps in whatever game you are playing this monitor is awesome! There are also some game I play where I can’t get that high and the g-sync works great preventing any screen tearing. One thing to keep in mind is movies typically appear better on lower refresh rates, change the refresh rate to 60hz for a movie if you want. - The viewing angles on the monitor seem great. I view from a slight angle or head on and have had no issues. - The weight of the monitor is quite nice! It can as a surprise to me as the monitor is well priced but the stand has some good weight to it and doesn’t feel super cheap. The monitor itself is not too heavy and can tilt up and down with the mount given. - Now I am not someone who punches their monitor, so when it comes to its durability if you take care of it like you’re supposed to it seems like it’ll have no issues. Now on to somethings to keep in mind -This monitor is not an OLED nor does it claim to be, the HDR it provides is not true HDR and turning it on for regular use will worsen your image by dulling it out. -This monitor does not have speakers nor does it claim to have them. This is not a bad thing, but some people may not realize this. -The power button on the back is a little weird and right next to the settings adjustment, they are not similar in feel but I did accidentally turn it off while trying to adjust settings(human error). -the monitor will not come starting at 260hz, change it on the monitor and windows! To conclude the review, This monitor(especially if it’s on sale) is an amazing monitor spec wise with solid durability for the price. If you’re wanting this kind of monitor you know the risks you are taking going with a lesser known brand, but from my experience so far there is no more risk here than anywhere else! SANSUI has impressed me, pick one of these up and good luck!
