I'm on my second week I have nooroblem with getting irrection and I've seen a plus in size it's warm sensation I started at 7" at 8" now best to shower in morning wet dreams happen or when you wakeup it's hard as titanium steel I'm very satisfied I recommend this even if you don't have problems it's makes it a double satisfying experience
