Braven 440 Water Resistant Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with PowerBank (Blue)

This lives up to everything it says it is. Graet sound, well made. Water resistant hell yea. I have arestaurant and did the dumb thing my wife told me not to do. I put it on a shelf above a sink full of water. Paying reggae the great bass walked it off the shelf to take a dip in the sink. Everything was in slow motion as I watched. Pulled it out, shook it out dried it. Works great. If you want a bluetooth speaker with great sound and hearty features this is it.

At first it was great. The sound quality was amazing and battery life was impressive. Then within a week of using it the audio output was sketchy. Once in awhile it won't sync right and the audio will be very disrupted and way off. At first I thought this was because of Bluetooth so I used an auxiliary cord but nope still had issues. Then I noticed that when you paused the music the speaker would still emit this weird tapping feedback. I never figured out how to fix the problem but occasionally I'll still use it when it's working right.

Very good sound quality from the small size...way better than most comparably sized speakers. The audio is clear, there is no "hiss" like you find with cheaper BT speakers, and even the low range response quite decent - again, given the size.It travels well, connects easily, and holds its charge at least as long as advertised, if not longer. It's been in environments (boats) where getting wet is quite possible. Though I've not actually gotten it wet, it's great to be able to play music and not worry excessively about it getting damp or splashed a little.It's a functional speakerphone but lacks (that I've found) on-board phone controls, for example, ability to mute. Not a big deal as this is not the primary function, and it's got plenty of positive things going for it.

I’m sure this speaker came off the shelves years ago. Mine just died yesterday. I bought it in 2014 and treated it ROUGH for TEN YEARS! Great, durable product! We had a mini-funeral on the tee box when I tossed it in the trash can.

Great speaker forgot it on the tailgate and bounced out the back of my pickup and nothing happened left it out in the rain for weeks and still perfect definetely the bang for your buck

Works great as a speaker. Had problems using it as blue tooth speaker for my cell phone.

This speaker is great. It charges quickly and battery lasts hours and hours and hours. The sound is great, it's light and very portable - AND you can charge your phone from it if you need to. What more could you ask for at this price?!? Buy it, you won't regret it!
