Same as Zyrtec, a FRACTION of the price! I've taken this daily for years now, it works great and keeps me from sneezing!

Identical to most store brands, but cheaper.
This is literally the same product you'd get as the generic at most retail chains. Due to the complexity of manufacturing and certifying drugs, major chains don't make their own pills. They all buy pills from another company, typically one called Perrigo, and then attach their own label. These are Perrigo's pills, which are also what you'd probably find branded as Walgreens, CVS, Equate (Walmart), Kirkland Signature (Costco), Kroger, etc. The fact that so many major brands use Perrigo is a testament to their quality. They're an excellent substitute for branded drugs. In this case, GoodSense is selling these with less markup than the retail brands, probably because they're not trying to cover the expenses of running a retail operation. So you get a good supply of reliable cetirizine pills at an excellent price. Cetirizine is known to cause drowsiness for about 15% of people who take it, based on the original Zyrtec approval studies. This is why some of the reviews complain of drowsiness, and others do not. I don't find that certizine makes me drowsy, so this is a good option for me. If you have trouble with drowsiness, fexofenadine (Allegra) tends to have similar efficacy to cetirizine with a lower risk of drowsiness, but costs more. Loratadine (Claritin) also won't cause drowsiness and is slightly cheaper than cetirizine, but tends not to be as effective, at least in my experience. Nasal sprays such as triamcinolone (Nasacort) and fluticasone (Flonase) are also good options to consider along with or instead of an antihistamine for nasal symptoms in particular. If you've been taking Zyrtec or generic cetirizine and want to take it regularly, buy this product.

Good stuff
Good. Works. Last long. Easy to open. Cost fluctuations are brutal. Taste shouldn't be a thing as these are meant to be swallowed. Scary if someone decides to chew.

Fantastic
These have helped so much for my allergies! I was skeptical because of the price being so inexpensive but they have helped me just as much as the name brand!
