Everything about this product smacks of quality and the company are very helpful and responsive. My only negative comments are that there is no vit K2 and the proportion of active nutrients is on the low side (for the price). I switched to Naturelo wholefood multi-vits as taking only half the recommended dose (2 instead of 4) gets you pretty near the NRVs.

Terrible taste
Bought these and the probiotic. Only taken 2 days worth but had to comment on the revolting small and taste of the vitamin capsules and they are huge. Really unpleasant to swallow. Maybe unavoidable with this type of product but would put me off repurchasing.

Feeling more energy after first week
I had been feeling very tired and was sleeping a lot. After the first week of taking these vitamins I started to feel much better, with more energy throughout the day and sleep normally. I almost finish the first jar so I’ll order another one.

The 60 capsules come in a dark brown glass bottle which I prefer to plastic. It can either be reused and refilled with more of the product, which I think is a great idea, or easily recycled.The supplement contains a good comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals and mushroom powders. They are described as formulated using only naturally sourced, food grown ingredients. As I am always looking out for the cleanest supplements and this fits the bill nicely so a plus for the ingredients list.The recommended dose is two capsules per day, taken with or without food. They are not too large and I found them easy to swallow. The taste is neutral and I didn't experience any adverse effects from taking them. I found them to be gentle on my digestive system.Another big plus is the fact that if you find difficulty in taking capsules these can be opened and the contents added into a drink or meal. They also have a long best before date of almost three years. Overall I think that this is a very high quality product and I am extremely pleased with it.
