I use my nebulizer multiple times a day, but my insurance (<sarc>thanks, Medicare D!</sarc> only covers one cup every three months. I'd spend half my time cleaning neb cups.I wasn't sure what to expect, but I don't like the cups with the long tube so I decided to try them.As someone said, they don't appear sterile when they arrive, so I did a vinegar soak. (1 part vinegar to 3 parts hot water. Soak for one hour.).I played with the variable vent top and easily found a position that was comfortable for me. I find that I actually like that feature. Too much air is why I don't like the tube neb cups.They're not the blue cups, but they work just as well.

Received torn up package with medical equipment exposed , then I tested the nebulizer kit and the medicine is not aerosolized at any level. I will be requesting a refund immediately
