Authentic Hair Oil with a Soothing Herbal Touch – Perfect for the Whole Family!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Indie Tribal Adivasi Hair Oil recently, and I am very pleased with the results. The first thing I noticed was the delightful herbaceous scent, with the natural fragrances of shikakai, amla, and roseberry standing out. The oil has a nice, lightweight, runny consistency, making it super easy to apply. Everyone in my household is using it now, and we all love it!When I massage it into my scalp, it has this really soothing effect, and after leaving it on for about 40 minutes, my hair feels nourished and refreshed. It washes out easily and doesn’t leave any greasy or heavy residue, and my hair feels soft, silky, and manageable afterward. What really makes this oil special is its deep connection to the traditional wisdom of the Hakki Pikki Tribes of India. It’s crafted with over 50 natural ingredients, each known for strengthening and nourishing hair, and I love that it’s free from chemicals like sulfates and parabens. The fact that it’s vegan and cruelty-free just makes me feel even better about using it.Overall, I’m pleased to have found something so pure and effective not only for my hair but also for whole family.

All natural, many herbs and oils, quickly absorbed hair oil
In terms of ingredients, there are so many, some of which have been used for centuries for health, skin and hair benefits like amla and neem. There are others I have never heard of. But no man-made chemicals. The oil is a green, blue colour and has a herbie/floral fragrance with lingering undertones of musk. Not too strong in my opinion and I really like this smell.Recommended to massage into scalp and hair and leave overnight before shampooing out. I put a towel to cover the pillow which obviously absorbs some of the oil, but saves my pillow! When rubbed into the skin on the back of my hand, the oil is fairly light and is soaked in quickly for an oil, leaving skin looking non-greasy after a few minutes. I like this as I assume it's less likely to block pores and is well absorbed.I can't say whether this will change hair thickness or health but I think it's as good as most hair oils out there. Generally if there is a powerful natural ingredient, I would buy an oil that has a large concentration of that particular one. This has many but hopefully they are in powerful formats like pure essential oils of which you only need a little to get an effect. My only negative is that this comes in a plastic bottle. I always worry that plastics leach into oils so strongly prefer glass bottles. For this price, I would expect a glass bottle so removing one star. But overall a pleasant smelling, light, well-absorbed hair oil that has some very good ingredients for skin and hair generally.Hope that helps!

Loving The Smell
This oil comes in an attractively designed plastic bottle and when poured into the hand a dark greenish/blue colour is revealed. It’s certainly easy to massage in but don’t pour too much as a little goes a long way. The consistency of the oil is excellent - it’s very light and dries out without leaving an oily residue.I can’t really comment on hair quality, as my hair is extremely short at present following a head shave a month ago. When my hair is this short, I like to use such oils in order to soften up the scalp, remove any dry patches and hopefully improve follicular quality. I'll be looking for an improvement in hair quality when it really comes through after a couple of months.I rather like the scent of the oil, which is subtle but not overpowering. Unfortunately, the smell doesn’t linger for very long and soon seems to fade away. However, rub your hands through your hair and it's still there. Given that this is a 225ml bottle and you don’t need to use much each time, suggests that it may well be better value for money than the high retail price of £21 implies. Based on my experiences so far, I’m happy to give it five stars.

Traditional Wisdom for Softer, Stronger Hair!
I decided to give this Indie Tribal Hair Oil a go after hearing about the traditional Hakki Pikki tribe’s hair care formula—it sounded too intriguing to pass up. My hair has been feeling a bit dry and lifeless, so I thought a natural, oil-based remedy might be just what it needed. I’m happy to say, this oil has worked wonders! The oil itself is a blend of herbal ingredients, and you can tell it’s packed with goodness just from the rich, earthy scent. It’s not overwhelming, but it does feel authentic, almost like stepping into a herbal spa. I apply it once or twice a week before bed, massaging it into my scalp and letting it soak in overnight. By morning, my hair feels softer and more nourished, and it’s become so much easier to manage. One thing I’ve really noticed is that the oil doesn’t feel heavy or greasy after washing—it rinses out well, leaving my hair feeling silky rather than weighed down. My scalp has also been a lot less itchy, and even my partner noticed my hair looking shinier and healthier (which, coming from him, is saying something!). The best part is that it doesn’t have all the chemicals you find in some other products, so I feel good about what I’m using.Pros:Rich, herbal oil that feels authentic and nourishing.Leaves hair softer, more manageable, and with a healthy shine.Washes out easily without leaving a greasy residue.Great for both scalp health and overall hair texture.Cons:The earthy scent might not be to everyone’s liking, but it adds to the natural vibe.Needs some time to soak in, so it’s more of a once-a-week treatment than an everyday quick fix.If you’re looking to add some natural TLC to your hair care routine, this tribal-inspired hair oil is well worth a try. It’s brought my dry, dull hair back to life and feels like a touch of traditional luxury with each use!
