So yum. I was actually surprised, because I'm usually not a fan of birthday cake or birthday cake flavored stuff. wanted to try because of the reviews. This is tasty for a protein drink. Definitely recommend.

Small container for price. Strong artificial sweetener aftertaste in my opinion. Only way I am able to use it is to add a very small amount of 1/2 tsp to my other protein powder then it works well. My taste buds don’t like any artificial sweeteners except for Splenda or the store brand equivalent. My son however loves this so he will have a shake with 1 full scoop and 4oz water, 4oz of 1% milk in the shaker cup to fuel his walk. So not everyone’s tastes buds are the same. For me I would rate lower but he loved it so I rated higher.

I love this protein powder! Trying to find one that has a great taste was difficult for me. I am used to buying Herbalife, but this one is cheaper and doesn't have a ton of sugar. Orgain's a winner for me!

It doesnʻt taste anything like birthday cake. Just like vanilla mixed with chemicals. It tastes like ink for some reason

My favorite flavor so far of their protein powder. I mix it into yogurt and spread it on toast. It's sweet and definitely keys in on being birthday cake. Next I need to try fruity cereal.

The taste is so bad I could not finish it. All you can taste is stevia which is overpoweringly sweet and not in a good way. I purchased this to mix in Greek yogurt to help with tangy taste but boy this made it worse.

The birthday cake flavor tastes terrible(zero stars for flavor). It smells like it should be good, but it’s not. I will finish it because I don’t like to waste things. That said, this brand is easy on my stomach, no bloating, etc. (2 stars for digestibility). I do LOVE the pumpkin spice flavor. Should have just stuck with that.
