Upon receipt, they were too large. Gave to a coworker instead of returning them. Coworker says they fit very well.

Reasonably well made but not comfortable
I bought these for my dad while he recovered from the hospital in a rehab center. He had gotten used to wearing scrubs in the hospital and wanted to continue, so I bought three sets. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to our expectations. While the stitching looks good, the material is scratchy and doesn't get much better with washing. While that wasn't a problem for the pants, the shirts felt uncomfortable to him. Plus, while the large pants fit fine, the large shirts were tight around my dad's shoulders, so they were doubly uncomfortable. I'd look for a different set if I were going to buy scrubs again.

Not much space for an extra large
I have an athletic build so I dont think the scrubs should run so small in the waist but they seem to be made for very slim people. The pockets are really small. I can barely fit my hands in my pockets. I put my iphone and scissors in my sweater most of the time because they are always falling out of the pockets. The material feels a little rough and cheap as well. The colors are ok, and they dont shrink in the wash.
