Very well made twister with quality materials. Handles can be slid and locked in 3 resistance slots. The guide accompanying the twister was in Chinese so it took me some time to figure out the correct way of sliding the grips. I am 5'10", weighing about 75kg and have been working out moderately for some years. I am able to do the front exercises at the lowest resistance with maximum effort. The over-the-head and back-of-the-neck exercises are too difficult for now. The biceps exercise is out of the question because of the length of the twister and also its resistance.Therefore, it may not be very useful for beginners and people of small build. I wish Proberos had a lower resistance twister of the same design.

Its the best power twister because of its three power adjustable block 50-60-and 70 kg wise, Its okay for its little bit of higher price then other product as others has no adjustable power block! Excellent product.

Product is as per expectation worth 5 stars, but packaging wasn't good, the product was partly covered and rod has minor dent at one end and product had greasy mud on the rubble grip and strips. It is highly recommended product, but i deduct 2 stars for want of proper packaging.

This is a really good power twister bar. When I don't have access to a gym, I can get a really nice upper torso workout. The material is sturdy and well-built. No problems so far :)

I have been using this product for a long time and I am satisfied with the results so far. It is made of good quality material and helps strengthen your arms, especially if you are a fitness enthusiast but are too busy with work to dedicate a lot of time to exercise. However, if you want to keep your loosening arms strong, this product can be of help.
