This was exactly what I was looking for, and at a fraction of any brand name units, I can't complain. I didn't want a basic step counter, nor did I care for a full-blown unit from the major manufacturers. The price, how could you argue with what you get? I bought some replacement straps to see if I could find a more comfortable fit - no luck yet. They're all fine, but not exactly what I want. The band that comes with it is fine though, fits well, no pinch points, no hot spots. I tried an elastic one that rides up your forearm a bit more, but for me, I like this. It also makes the entire package so much lighter. I'd highly recommend replacing the band if comfort is higher in the priority list. The UI is also decent - you get some free options too for the watch face.

The watch: easy to set up. Love that there is no subscription required. It was great at counting steps, the heart rate function was accurate as well as blood oxygen levels. The blood pressure was way off, but not surprising as without an inflatable cuff, it's just little more than a guess. The sleep tracker is ok. The battery charge lasted at least a week. For the price, I'd give it 4 stars. Customer Service: My watch chipped where the band fits to the watch face rendering it unusable after 3 1/2 months. It was not eligible for an Amazon return, but I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it at no cost immediately! They were most helpful and kind. 5+ stars for customer service!

This watch broke soon after receiving it. It broke on the watch face making it impossible to keep the watch band on. Now I’m not able to use it at all. This was a total waste of money and couldn’t get a refund.

Ok, it gets 5 stars because the Blood Pressure and Pulse actually work The company should increase the time before the screen blanks, it is impossible to set up with poor eyesight and slow reflexes. I had to borrow the pre-teen next door to increase the screen time and do most of the setup. I was going to return it until the neighbour's daughter offered to help The Blood Pressure appears low unless you have an arm cuff machine and a wrist cuff machine. The wrist cuff is always lower than the arm cuff. With me the 105 from the watch matches the 120 from the arm cuff I bought an wrist cuff machine but it's still too big to carry with me all the time, so I bought the watch hoping that the Blood Pressure test actually works If you are old like me and have no helpful young neighbours, don't buy it - you'll just be sending it back because you can't set it up Once it is set up you can figure out which display works best for you. I'm using display 3 because it's the one where I can find blood pressure. It's well hidden in 1, 2 or 4 or not even in those

Start up was easy to follow. BP and Heart rates effective to track. Only issue if the Raise to Wake not initially working. Sent email to support.
