The product arrived on 9th feb and got assembled on 11th feb evening. my son started using on 12 feb and on 13th feb the cycle broken down into 2 parts from the handle side. I wanted to return but only replacement option is available. The I booked for replacement and kept in the company box in which it was delivered. Today on when the product came for replacement he is telling that it is a used product I will not take it back and the delivery person is arguing that you have not packed the parcel properly in the box. I said it is mentioned in the clause for replacement the product will be checked and then it will packed. We should not seal pack it. I said the same thing but he didn't replace the product he is telling 2 things contradict his words. First you should have kept it packed and second as you have used it cannot be replaced. As it happened on the second day after the product got assembled. And I asked for replacement what is wrong. The amazon person said you talk to customer care about this and just went of saying my auto is standing on the road I have to go.
