It is imperative to keep these refrigerated once received and in between uses. I use these for 2-3 nights after my cycle and they work great at getting my pH back in balance. They're a bit messy while handling so I use a latex glove. They melt quite quickly once inserted so only use them after you go pee right before bed and wear a pad or liner. They have a slight coconut oil fragrance but it's not noticeable once it's done its job and you've showered.

This stuff is amazing! I get a UTI like once every six months and a yeast infection like 2x a year. This is worth every penny. These are very nice. They work well without a strong perfume. They do melt quickly so I would advise using them right before you go to bed for the night.

It gave me a UTI , didnt moisturize , it just provides an oil which doesnt act like a water based serum. SO DISAPPOINTED DO NOT BUY
