fits together easily, sturdy. the cutlery holders could be a bit deeper but they do the job. Plenty of room for a family of 5 after dinner. The height between the lower tier where cups, glasses go and the bottom of the second tier is plenty for putting wine glasses, pint glasses on(our previous one was not high enough for wine glasses because of the stems). The drainer is easily taken of the base to clean the base. There is a drain0ing chute that should drain water from the base into the sink but ours is curved upwards so you have to press it down to get the water to drain, not sure if this is a design fault on ours? Not too much of a problem as the drainer base has sides and is easy to clean.

Good, sturdy and easy to keep clean

The idea is good but the product is not yes it holds a lot but the water leaks all over my kitchen top as the little pipe is in two pieces and has holes for it to slot into the water just comes out of it and goes everywhere

Plenty of room, however the draining plate underneath is curved so doesn't drain brilliantly. Also if plates have a lip on they don't sit well in the slots

Setting it up was straightforward, no tools needed, just a few minutes of my time, and there it was!The sturdy frame is remarkably durable, even when handling a Sunday roast cleanup. I particularly appreciate the automatic drainage feature. The swivel spout that directs water straight into the sink is a clever detail that keeps my worktop dry. However, I did find that heavier pots and pans can cause it to become a bit wobbly, so I prefer to dry those separately.The sleek black finish looks sharp and modern, blending nicely with my other kitchen appliances. The removable drip tray and cutlery holder are convenient additions, making this a valuable addition to any kitchen routine.

This rack is great it was easy to assemble and came well packed with the metal parts zip tied together to prevent them chipping the finish during transit, separating them was like the worlds biggest Christmas Chracker wire puzzle though!The instructions for assembly aren't the best, but they give enough of a guide that you should be able to figure it out, once assembled the two level rack is very solid and the bottom rack is well clear of the ground giving plenty of air circulation to allow quick and thorough drying.The tray feels very tough and has enough of a slope toward the drain that even though mine is placed on a slight slope all the water drains away. At first the water beaded and quite a lot remained in the tray but a wipe over with soapy water solved that. The drain spout can be angled in any direction letting you position the rack whichever way fits best in your kitchen, although I could have done with an extra centimetre or so on the spout as it doesn't quite make it over the edge of the draining board.I'm very pleased with this rack, it's sturdy, saves space and really helps ensure that all your washing up really dries.

This dish rack is good quality, and it has a great design, that allows for lots of items to be on there. It is quite expensive for what it is, but it does the job in a great fashion.
