I enjoyed the product. My boobs did eventually grow. I’d definitely pair it with exercise to get the full benefit and you have to take 3 a day everyday to feel the effects of it. Cons and I read this in another post…(if you’ve ever been pregnant or know what it feels like) it does feel like milk is coming into my boob but it’s just the breast ducts growing/ multiplying. Most days I wanted to hand express to help relive the feeling. But it’s only a feeling. CON: because of the saw plamento in it I did get sweater during the days and stinkier. After I stopped taking them I did endure a 2-3 day migraine and I usually don’t get migraines. I will say you need to drink a lot. A LOT of water with these too. They did help me eat a lot more and gain the necessary weight I needed to gain. Overall I liked the pill. I would take them again but I’m going to try a different brand and compare. Only because I hate the stink it gives me and I hate that I need to take it 3 times a day when I’m already horrible about taking pills. BUTTTT the effects work it’s just slightly not worth it for me. If I can’t find something slightly better I will stick with this brand. I got the results I wanted with it.
