Kind of expensive, but I really enjoy this on pizza. I started out with the Choula Habanero and found it was a nice flavor and heat level. I then ran out and found this at my local store as a temporary replacement. At first I was worried it would be too hot, but after using it I find it even better than the Choula version. I only find small bottles, so finding this huge bottle was pretty nice. The only downside is it’s kind of expensive, but it’s worth having. I probably use it 3 or 4 times a week, so the small bottles don’t last very long. It’s spicy, but not so hot that it’s without flavor or beyond reason. I feel like this is about as hot as I would want for somewhat routine usage. It’s very sweet and flavorful, and it also has a nice heat level. I definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a sweet and spicy hot sauce.

Tabasco is one of those brands that never disappoints when you’re looking for consistency in quality and flavor.

First I liked original red then moved to chipotle (which is still very good) now my favorite is their version of sriracha. Not too hot, certainly not too weak, a very little sweet. Used to be a lot thicker, and spicier. Now, it's watery and not as hot. Still my go-to hot sauce, but if it gets any more watery and less spicy, I will look for something else.

I should tell you all to stay away from this, so I can be sure there is enough for me - but this really is an excellent Sriracha. It has far more flavor and a bit of tanginess that is missing from a certain well-known Sriracha. It also is not as sweet as coffee shop sriracha, for example. Nice color, nice balance of flavors.

I was expecting more of a kick to it. It was also a little sweeter than I expected given the combo and Tabasco and Sriracha never being sweet (at least to me). 5 starts cause it IS good, despite not being spicy, you get a ton of it, and the container and delivery arrived in perfect condition.

My partner puts this on everything, bought refillable bottle, he can wash out and fill and keep in the refrigerator, have small refrigerator in basement he keeps the jug in.
